A bit about me:
As you can see, there are only a few items at the moment, as I’m just beginning my crafting adventure from the Central Coast, NSW.
I left my job as a joinery designer to travel for a while, and now I’m doing what I love most in the world: creating beautiful and unique handmade items.
Some of my earliest childhood memories are of watching my mum at her sewing machine. She was a midwife before becoming a dressmaker, creating fashionable bespoke outfits. My Belgian grandmother also loved her crafts — she could knit, embroider, and even made tiny outfits for my dolls. My Spanish aunty spent a lifetime fine-crocheting bedspreads and table doilies for her many nieces. So, I guess that creativity runs in the family.
When we arrived in Australia 18 years ago, I studied Interior Design and enjoyed a career in the home decoration and renovation industry, playing with materials and colours. Now I am hoping that, having lived in France, Spain, England, and Ireland, I can bring this blend of cultures and creativity into my work to help this business grow.
